Founded in 1983 by Catherine C. Candland, President/CEO, Advantage® is a wholly owned subsidiary of RADIA International, an international leader in workforce solutions and technical, professional and commercial staffing. Mrs. Candland and the other members of the management team are actively engaged in developing and implementing Hire Thinking strategies that answer the needs of our Clients and Associates as well as respond to changes in the workplace.
